2024 Summer Girls High School Passing, Serve Receive and Backcourt Defense Workshop Volleyball (Indoor)
This workshop is designed to raise the level of play for back court players. Players will work on passing fundamentals, defensive transition & court position. Players will also do a variety of agility, balance, and movement drills needed to be a top-level back row player.
