2024 Summer Girls High School Hitting & Blocking Workshop Volleyball (Indoor)
Girls’ volleyball has increasingly become a power game. To compete effectively, players need to jump higher and hit the ball harder. With this in mind, BAVC has developed a volleyball hitting & blocking workshop designed to improve hitting consistency and power. Players who attend these workshops on a regular basis will see significant improvement in their ability to hit the ball consistency with more power.
