2024 Summer Co-Ed Setter Workshop Volleyball (Indoor)
Setting is one of the most challenging and rewarding positions on a volleyball team. This camp is designed to improve players' ability to set all positions and attacks. For younger players the camp will provide opportunity to build wrist and forearm strength needed to run and effective offense. For older players, the workshop will provide the opportunity to work on running a fast attack offense and jump setting.
