2024 Summer Boys High School Skills Camp Volleyball (Indoor)
This camp consists of various workout stations: volleyball-oriented strength training, mobility, hitting, and passing/serve receive. This workshop which is designed to improve players volleyball skills, strength, and mobility. Players who attend these workshops on a regular basis will see significant improvement in their abilities in preparation for club tryouts in August.
